Talent Attraction and Recruitment
Our Company is committed to building success for others that reflects the communities in which we operate. As part of our talent attraction and recruitment program, we strive to consider a diverse slate of citizens for every available opportunity we recruit for. To help diversify our talent pipeline, we partner with local educational institutions to recruit for our apprenticeship/mentorship programs to target underrepresented individuals tapping into their creative talents.

K7J partnered with local high school & college students to design limited edition clothing collections designed by these young designer's themselves.
